The website a-dsourcing.com is operated by Lagoutte Consultancy, Lda., a company incorporated in Portugal with tax and registration number (NIPC) 517093510 and registered office at Rua Alfredo Cunha 109, 4450-023 Matosinhos, Portugal, trading as A-D Sourcing (“A-D Sourcing”, “we”, “us”).

02What data we collect

• Project enquiries: the details you give us through the “Start a project” form or by email, such as your name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message, including any files, briefs or specifications you share.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you submit it in the field at the bottom of the website.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies, with your consent where required (see section 07).

03Why we use your data

• To answer enquiries and prepare proposals — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• To manage an ongoing business relationship — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To send you news and updates you have subscribed to — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the link in each email or by writing to us.
• To run, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); analytics and third-party cookies are only used with your consent.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with:

• service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract, namely our website and email hosting provider (Krystal Hosting Ltd, United Kingdom);
• manufacturing and production partners, only when needed to answer a specific project request and with your knowledge;
• public authorities, when required by law.

05Transfers outside the EEA

Our website and email are hosted in the United Kingdom. Transfers to the United Kingdom are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. If any other transfer outside the EEA takes place, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

06How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Client and project records: for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, 10 years for accounting records under Portuguese law).
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the website work. Other cookies, such as analytics or third-party cookies, are only used with your consent. You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time through the cookie icon at the bottom of the website.

08Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, please email info@a-dsourcing.com. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD — www.cnpd.pt).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
